Some very subtle things can be heritable I think I had a dog who in idle moments would stand in water and bat at the surface with a paw, like a doggie scientist trying to solve the water mystery

When my son was very young, he would tap his fingers one by one against his thumb when he was stressed - specifically, when he was told to take a pic with someone he didn't know. Found a picture of his great-aunt as a young child doing the same gesture, by her father's casket.
