14/ New mil press PR, and also rocking the KB swings. I may have stopped my diet at only 75% of goal (75 lbs, not 100), but I'm still doing OK. Current plan: stay in maintenance mode til 1 Jan, then push on for the last 25 lbs.

15/ above tweet dated 28 Oct: "diet on hiatus until 1 Jan" welp...1 Jan came and went, and diet didn't resume. swallowed hard, got on scale this morning have I gained weight since 1 Jan? A: no! In fact I lost 5 lbs while not dieting qua dieting. Keto + logging trees = good

16/ Logging did help me tear a rotator cuff. Yeah, yeah, kettlebells and such "work your muscles at odd angles". ...but hauling slash (useless tree limbs) while wading through snow works 'em at ODDER angles. So rotator cuff -> very light work in gym while in recovery.

18/ I lost 80 lbs in 2019. Then I got slothful and let some of it creep back. I got back on the horse recently and have lost most of the creep-back. Public commitment: going to lose another 30 beyond the low point before HUN in October.pic.twitter.com/5eLach5gCG
