Been dragging all day since this morning's farm labors. Finally had an insight: if the electrolyte powder my lifting-bros prescribed works for replenishing post sweating in the gym works, maybe it also works for sweating through a shirt, shorts, and baseball cap outside?

My family recipe was two parts water, one orange juice, and salt. Have no idea if it works, but I find it tolerable while others have called it musty sock tea.
