do you think the explicit position of these organizations is "we flagrantly break the law to fuck kids, like we IRL have sex with kids"? news flash, it's not

"One of Prostasia’s current counter-crusades is stopping the attempts to include 'artistic' depictions of child sex exploitation as child pornography. Another, towards ending the sweeping global movements to ban child-representative sex dolls." yeah free speech is bad amirite

the phrase "'artistic' depictions of child sex exploitation" links to the lolicon wikipedia page lolicon is explicitly protected by 1A in the United States — which it should be, because no matter how depraved you consider the content, children are not abused in its prodction

First of all, I didn’t take a position on the tax-exempt status as such of any of these organizations.

I did not even stake out a position against a carte-blanche grant of said tax-exempt status based on the content of an org’s activities.

I did, however, make the observation that denying tax-exempt status for failing to meet the criteria of 501(c)(3) isn’t censorship.
