Tiny sample. I’ve been to places with great public toilet access in Europe. There was homelessness. There was no shit.

I don't live in SF. The place I live has homeless but no shit. I have no idea what my city government is doing to achieve this outcome, but SF could obviously take a lesson from it.

@peteskomoroch researched, SF has half the public restrooms as NYC. Clearly part of the problem. -
Half as many bathrooms per capita and significantly more unsheltered homeless in SF. Also, SF closes many (most?) of the public restrooms at night.
