I was the exact same way when I stopped counting my calories. Gained 2% body fat and lost 3 1/2 pounds of muscle. I was under eating to say the least. And didn’t even realize it. counting calories on keto is ideal. At least for me it is

I've been doing it for about 10 months now and I have never counted calories. In fact, I make crazy good keto ice cream and desserts. Every time I think I can't possibly have lost weight because of the decadent desserts, I get on the scale and have lots a few pounds.
