You described a somewhat idealized feudal system, but you didn't answer the main question is why do you think so. You have said you think that's the system that most people will thrive under, but that's a naked assertion, you haven't advanced arguments why that should be so. 1/n

There are at least three issues here. One is whether people would be happy (= live fulfilling lives, self-actualize, etc.) under such a system. Since absolute estimates are hard we should compare it to other ways of organizing society 2/n

The second issue is that this description is normative, of what *should* be. What you'll get in reality will necessarily be somewhat different, maybe a lot different. Will you be able to get close (and stay close) to that ideal? 3/n

The third issue is survivability. Your society is stable and so stagnant. Will it get eaten by more chaotic and (maybe temporarily) more powerful neighbors? Historically feudal societies didn't do too well against capitalist ones. 4/fin

As stated, of course. How do you think British Empire came to be, for example? Or take Ottoman Empire which didn't fare well during WW1. What did Japan do when black ships came into its ports?

      > The British Empire wasn’t Capitalist. uh....what? you do realize that the modern corporation was effectively invented by the Dutch and the English, and the private British East India was basically responsible for colonizing India?

They aren't mutually exclusive, but "mercantilism" is a government policy, not a description of society. You can change policy on a dime (e.g. mercantilism was created via Navigation Acts of 1650 and repealed in 1846 with the repeal of the Corn Laws). Can't change society same.
