2/ Rototilling is going to take AT LEAST on good solid day, maybe an entire weekend. ...and it's going to bring an INSANE amount of rocks to the surface. Don't NEED to remove them...but tilling, seeding, and packing or rolling will all go easier with them gone. So 4 weekends?
