I hate cops as much as the next ancap, but how exactly are you going to ban fraternal organizations when the 1A says "Congress shall make no law...abridging the ...right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." ?https://twitter.com/StevenLHess/status/1157338620337913857 …

Nobody should be compelled to recognize unions, and the government should be prohibited from doing so as there’s an agency problem. Feel free to petition for redress on your own as an employee, but not en masse.

Who's going to stop you petitioning en masse? The police?

If you refuse to hire members of the union, and fire union members when you find them, you can use the employer power, not the lawmaking power, to curb this for cops only. (Well, cops and other government employees.)

Defenestrate police unions being permitted mandatory arbitration. Abolish Qualified Immunity. Maybe after those two've had a few years to settle out, consider if anything else wants doing.

Thank you. People need to stop asking government to do anything. It hasn’t worked since the US govt. Got a man to the moon. As I’m sure you know.

There are all kinds of ways govt employees' 1A rights are limited when on the job/affecting their official duties etc. Seems entirely possible to tailor this to apply only to govt employees.
