good thing you're using metric, because if Imperial I'd have to point out that POUND is weight and SLUG is mass but in metric, yes, KILOGRAM is mass and NEWTON is weight, so you're good

Not gonna name names, but I've seen software written with lb-mass as a base unit. But it does not beat the one that had degrees, rpms, and rad/s^2 all in one function.
