Can anyone out there speak to whether it’s worth getting a proper body composition test at a health place or whether handheld home impedance monitor is reasonably accurate?
what are you going to do with the measurement? i.e.: prob not worth it anywhere

I have a long-standing question about how much weight I need to lose bc my weight is high but handheld meter always returns decent body fat %. Trying not to fool myself here bc it’s easy to do
