1/ Had some good news. As you know, I used to lift, but ~6 years ago a few small things happened (raided by the Joint Terrorism Task force, charged with felonies, small business imploded, declared bankruptcy, moved to farm, got married) that distracted me. So stopped, got fat.

3/ But I found my three ring binder of lifting logs (well "found" - it's been in the gym area this whole time. I just chose to flip back and look at older pages). Turns out ... I might actually be at my lifetime best?!?
