Need more details. Slab atop slab? Slab adjacent to slab? New wall adjacent to new wall?
Old concrete clean and solid, or crumbly?
Options include drilling old & epoxying in rebar stubs, cutting "keyways" w diamond blade breaking and removing, and more.

Great info! The foundation walls are all curved (as if it wasn't a crazy enough build), so I was going to find some flexible plywood to make curved forms. And thanks! I'll need it.
