KB swings before mil presses: zero energy / motivation / breathing capacity left after KB swings, hence don't even bother to attempt mil presses mil before KB: shoulders feel a bit loose /worrisome during KB ... but not too bad.

Dexa also gives you bone density which is often overlooked.

When I was losing weight I did a daily weigh-in just to create / reinforce the habit. Since the numbers went up and down it also drove me to *not* worry about the daily fluctuations while still closely watching the trend line. everyone is different, ofc [shrug]

I'm pretty good at knowing that there's a TRUE trend line that the MEASURED data does not reflect as long as measurements catch up every week or two I'm ok

That was one of the inspirations for my daily weighing. I did a variation of the daily moving average algorithm for a while, but eventually dropped it, and eventually dropped strict tracking altogether - but still continued the daily weigh-in.
