I never worked in aerospace. If the “observation noted” at the end of the test period was “it exploded” we count that as a failure in oil & gas. We don’t like explosions.

I literally have work experience in the relevant field, and it’s entirely possible to have a test be a success and still have it blow the nozzle at the end of the burn. Depends on what the test was trying to see. That said, still not exactly a good sign.
