I disagree. If the transaction is zero sum, there's no need to use force. It'll happen for free, or for 2 cents to pay the transaction costs. People only use force when they HAVE to.

If transaction is zero sum, there's no incentive for it to occur. Why give $1 for $0? loss. Why give $1 for $1? pointless.
