The scale has been kinda stuck at -50 lbs for a week or two, but progress in the gym continues. Started the year at something like 10 KB swings per arm with a 35# KB. Reached 50 per arm. Now at 20 per arm + another 22 per arm with a heavier 50 lb KB. Heading to 50/arm w 50lb.
