Slim. But I'd be willing to bet that wounds from most modern handgun rounds >> from most rifle rounds. There's a reason Geneva Convention prohibits hollowpoint and un-jacketed rounds (same reason it prohibits shotguns).

I'd bet the opposite way. Certainly hollow points increase damage / energy transfer, but hydrostatic shock can create a very wide wound channel. see 9mm vs .223pic.twitter.com/WJPA1Q2McI
