Authors should label their books to warn if they're a plotter or a pantser, so the reader can make an informed choice. "This book is logically consistent throughout and reaches a definitive end" vs. "This book has full, rich characters but a high chance of unsatisfying ending."

If this explanation is accurate, it WOULD suck to be the plotter who has to pick up all the strings that the pantser laid down over so many books and decide which ones are important enough to continue, how to safely clip off the pointless ones, and bring it all to an end.
