4/ Normies ALREADY outvoted oddballs, by shear dint of numbers. ...but now instead of outvoting them by 10:1 (actual ratio in population) they outvote by 30:1. This is a tool designed to oppress minorities. Needless to say, it was invented by progressives.

By making effective dissension impossible, they're going to make revolution inevitable.

One supposes that the idea is meant to gain traction and eventually take over in D.C. That means de facto end of a representative republic and something closer to pure democracy. Oddball districts that vote in politicians like Ron Paul end up with no say at all.
