Highly recommend everyone who's able go on a body recomposition exercise at some point, even a modest one Hard to overstate how gratifying it is to see directly that one has control over their own physical form

is this distinct in any way from the 90+ year old process of "step on scale, write down result, do a workout, write down the results, repeat for n months, compare" ? not trying to be snarky; serious question. thx
