I imagine @byrneseyeview would tell you that transaction costs are so high that this is not remotely true your social set is composed of people who are bolder, richer, and more online connected than average, letting them conquer three different kinds of transaction costs

also need to talk about declining marginal utility I bet it's a very rare person whos in the place that they're ABSOLUTELY most suited to. How many are in a place that ranks in the top 5-10% tho?
