Made two quiches with 15 eggs just now.
Sold 7 x 12 = 84 eggs to country store earlier today.
Still have eggs left.

I eat 3 eggs almost every day, my pregnant self can’t get enough, one of the few things I bother buying organic and $$$$$$

In general I think organic is silly, but if that comes with free range included, huge win. Chickens that eat bugs and grass have MUCH better looking eggs. Lots of micronutrients for baby's developing body and brain!

it's hard to tell what exactly happens production-wise because labeling is bullshit but the organic eggs have strikingly more vivid yolks

like the organic and/or free-range ones usually say "vegetarian fed," which is supposed to sound good, but I guess chickens are naturally omnivorous? and the feedlot chickens are fed not only grains but random filler crap
