Question for @MorlockP and other technical foodies in my TL:
Have you made beef stock? If so, what meat / bones / cuts did you start with, and how did you acquire them? What should I ask for in the butcher shop and/or elsewhere?

I have some amazing turkey stock (and amazing turkey gravy) because turkey comes with bones already in the package. I don't seem to end up with a lot of beef bones leftover when I cook steaks.
