I have a couple, 17 and 25 irc, add the Desk Ref, or Pocket Ref, SAE materials and fasteners references, and maybe Brown’s Machinery, and you’ve got more information than the average Toolmaker or Mechanical Engineer will ever need.

Um. That's just the Guide to using the Handbook. The actual book is much more expensive. Unless you hunt it up and buy an older, used copy.
