People ask me all the time about when I did keto & the reason I only recommend it short term is to get off of sugar cravings. Mostly everyone I know who did it with the intentions of sticking to it long term, stopped & gained all the weight they lost from it.

No, I mean they gained the weight back that they lost initially. The moment they stopped keto and went back to their refined carb and sugar lifestyle. It’s meant to change your eating habits not be a quick fix
