yeah, dude I started the diet on 1 Jan. I'm 31 days in. The weight is falling off, and I feel good. You're doing that twitter thing of "solving" a "problem" where there is no problem.

I STRICTLY monitor what I eat, and count carbs. If I weigh out 8 oz of ground beef and put 1 slice of cheese on it, and have 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon, and count all calories and carbs...I find it mostly impossible that I'd not be in ketosis e.g.pic.twitter.com/jUhYYw5oF5
