I STRICTLY monitor what I eat, and count carbs. If I weigh out 8 oz of ground beef and put 1 slice of cheese on it, and have 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon, and count all calories and carbs...I find it mostly impossible that I'd not be in ketosis e.g.pic.twitter.com/jUhYYw5oF5

that's why I eat large amounts of fat see that breakfast? home made bacon, home made sausage, home made country ham ... all high fat. Steak? Burger? All high fat. I eat home-butchered pork chops w a good 1" of fat rind on it.
