I’ve noticed that hard keto works *really well* for most men. Myself, I can do it periodically - but cutting carbs to the bone for too long makes me feel crap and seems to mess with my hormones. And no, I don’t “get over it and transition” - I’m talking months when I’ve tried it.

That said, *constant heavy carb intake* makes me feel crap as well. Through trial and error I’ve settled on low-to-moderate carbs and ALSO intermittent fasting as the “sweet spot” for me.

Same; carbs make me feel full for VERY short periods of time then feel suddenly and desperately hungry as the next "fix" time approaches.
