I've been eyeing used pro vacuum sealers on our craigslist (from butchers or restaurants going oof business) . Would be totally unjustifiable as I... don't have a farm. But bags are a bit frustrating/restrictive.

You have no idea how sweet they are (unless maybe you do?). Handy for sous vide, marinating, dividing up 4 lb containers of hamburghamburger etc. I !@#$%ing love mine.
