Accidentally had just 1,800 calories yesterday instead of target 2,700 because (a) @LibertyFarmNH 's Tom Yum was so delicious and filling I didn't notice until later is was a mere ~400 cal (b) when I got hungry again at 9:30pm I was too tired to stand up and go to the fridge.

Don't waste money on sticks (unless geekery). For fat loss, acute ketosis not needed and doesn't really correlate w/fat loss. And urine ketones tend to go down as body gets better at regulation. If keto-ish, appetite will probably downregulate quite surprisingly.
