2018 is wrapping up. Amazing year. Built a boundary wall, planted trees, paid off farm, bought a printing press, harvested veggies, slaughtered and processed pigs, started retirement savings, won the Prometheus, hosted the best HUN yet, did good & fascinating work at two firms.

5/ Don't need to BUILD the posts and roof this year, but pouring a foundation allows me to stack firewood there and then build roof later, without the insane / implausible task of having to shift firewood later. Oh, also: looks like I'm retaining a lawyer and fighting the town.

6/ Also house projects like building bookshelves, maybe refinishing some furniture, maybe framing some pictures in the shop. TLDR: 2019 is going to be as insanely busy as 2018. Life is short. What you don't do today, you probably never will. https://youtu.be/SO1QUy-HTHQ

Best thing I ever did was build a woodshed. Trying to get your wood from under a frozen tarp in February sux. I had some big hemlock that I cut and hauled to the mill and built it all out of that. Steel roof.
