Two pressure cookers running in parallel; 14 quarts of pork stock / tomato soup being canned. To the side, I've got another 5 gallons of pork stock that will be turned into 10 gallons of soup. Something like 50-60 total canning jars. We have soup & sandwich lunch once per week.

2nd of 4 runs of the double-pressure cooker now underway. Another 14 quarts (3.5 gallons) of tomato soup being canned. (Although actually I had 2 failures of 14 in the first batch, so I'm recycling those 2 jars...so merely 3 gallons of NEW soup being canned).
