Two pressure cookers running in parallel; 14 quarts of pork stock / tomato soup being canned. To the side, I've got another 5 gallons of pork stock that will be turned into 10 gallons of soup. Something like 50-60 total canning jars. We have soup & sandwich lunch once per week.

Had three pig skeletons, so my gonna let them go to waste. Roasted them, made stock. What do you do with 9 gallons or premo stock? Make 18 gallons of soup!
