3/ The setback absolutely doesn't look right, even to the incorrect 30' setback. I had a second insight. CHIP DOES NOT REALIZE THAT PROPERTY LINE != EDGE OF ASPHALT. The town road is typically 4'-6 wider than the asphalt, with 2' or 3' of gravel on either side. >>>

4/ Neighbor Gil chose to set his barn 32' back from road. i.e. - I THINK - from the asphalt. i.e. 30 feet and 0 inches back from the property line. Plus or minus an inch or two. For all I know, he may have his barn 29 feet and 11 inches from the boundary.

already have a cease and desist on construction (which, at this point, is just concrete piers) Want to get the proper setbacks enforced / stop any construction that fails to meet the setbacks from occurring. This should be possible.
