4/ I can't get over the fact that I realized that the setbacks were wrong BEFORE a single shovel full of dirt was moved, WARNED him that proceeding was going to cost him money...and now he's screaming at me because this might cost him money.

7/ Anyway, I stood and listened and responded, but it didn't do any good. Now I'm jacked up on jittering anxiety and suppressed anger and a boiling sense of unfairness (because I'M RIGHT and I tried to help him every step of the way, and now I'm the bad guy) with no outlet.

Did someone in the town government finally run their brain cells together and figure out that maybe this was wrong?

neighbor has told me that (a) building supervisor says it's OK (Which I know...and I also know building supervisor can't read) (b) town lawyer says it's OK (new to me; not sure I believe it, but if so, then town lawyer also can't read)
