You've got to (a) read @AlexNowrasteh 's white papers, (b) pay attention to the data and graphs, not to the state conclusions, which are all wrong (Alex has good data that he gets from others sources, but his incorrect conclusions are all his own)

so, anyway, @ClementLiberty , I encourage you to read @AlexNowrasteh 's @CatoInstitute paper and really pay attention to the data.
It all contradicts his conclusions.
It's good data.
It convinced me.
