So far the best example I’ve seen is penn Jillette’s book but I don’t know if I want to pay a full time accountabilibuddy to make me eat only microwaved plain potatoes

1) Stay hungry for a year or so and you'll get used to it, somewhat 2) Stay busy and you'll forget you're hungry 3) One or two days a week, don't diet. Don't go crazy, but let yourself eat a quantity or type of food that you wouldn't the rest of the week.
