let's put that to the side and get back to why you think red tribe should tolerate blue tribe's CoC (which venerates all sorts of ethical norms that red tribe doesn't agree with), but blue tribe should not tolerate red tribe's CoC even though the situation is exactly the same

The values are the values of team A. My question stands: our society is based on cooperating w ppl even when you disagree w them (religious liberty, free speech). Why do you reject tolerance and demand potential team members agree to YOUR values but reject others doing same?

That's not what I've said at all. Forget the mention of teams; it was a shorthand to explain two different sets of values. (replace "blue team values" with "values specified in most CoCs" and "red team values" with "values in SQLite CoC")
