8/ Re electron degeneracy - that speaks to the Pauli Exclusion Principle (which is one reason that I'm quite attracted to the digital physics model - read books 3 and 4! ). It doesn't implicate movement per se. It implicates information.

Depends. In the de Broglie-Bohm theory it does. It just doesn't make sense to talk about being able to measure them simultaneously with the precison chatacteristic of classical physics.
