2 suggestions from the informercial king... There is a steel orb with a spinner I've seen that claims to work well. There is a head replacement that uses toothed blades to spin out. The orb with spinner seems more your speed b/c can be sharpened rather than dumped each time.

I've got a Husqvarna Just use standard line It auto feeds w a tap on the ground. Reload the cartridge once a month or something.
