you guys are the lawyers, but it's perfectly legal to call soybeans "meat" or glass "diamond" ... as long as it's not an intentional falsehood to alter someone's behavior so as to buy not-X from you when they think it is X

so my challenge to @NoLongerBennett is: what legal system do you propose that allows Soy Meat Inc. to call its product "beef steak" that doesn't also allow me to sell a car with a seized block that "works perfectly" ?
