the only problem I have w legal fees is that the Bar Association limits the supply of lawyers by limiting the supply of law schools...and that it requires attending law school and not just passing the bar exam.

Nah. We already have 4x the number of lawyers we can support, and people can "read" for the bar (take bar exam w/o law school). It tends not to go well.
