The burdens and obligations in criminal trials and investigations, unlike civil ones, are not equal and not reciprocal. Prosecution has ethical duties to the public and to the defendant. Judge is properly holding them to account, given their broad and extensive powers.
Wait, I’m with you on that. Especially Fed prosecutors. But, this judge has gone after both sides, including chastising both sets for eye rolling him (as he was told). When I hear something like that, I begin to wonder if it’s the judge and not the attorneys that’s a problem
