One of the standing pilot lights on my range was low and flickering out, so I took the gas tubing apart to clean it. Have you even seen a standing pilot light?

Haven't had anything that used a pilot in a really long time.

Scott, I'm going to do a partial kitchen remodel next year to add either a true restaurant range or a prosumer Wolf / Viking. Twin oven / double width. Online FAQs have dissuaded me from TRUE range (setback from cabinets, deeper than cabinets, pilot lights.) your thoughts?

Didn't I once send you a pic of my range?

You did, but I did not know (or forgot) that it was restaurant. Yes, of course, comply w codes. Question is: how do you like it? Too hot? Stick out too far? How did you deal w adjacent cabinets?

I love it. I don't know if I could cook on a homeowner range again. FEED THE BEAST!!!

Are there air gaps between stove and walls / cabinets?
