One of the standing pilot lights on my range was low and flickering out, so I took the gas tubing apart to clean it. Have you even seen a standing pilot light?
Scott, I'm going to do a partial kitchen remodel next year to add either a true restaurant range or a prosumer Wolf / Viking. Twin oven / double width. Online FAQs have dissuaded me from TRUE range (setback from cabinets, deeper than cabinets, pilot lights.) your thoughts?

I comply with all the code requirements because I don't want to burn my house down. Restaurant rages are beasts. But prosumer versions are insufferably expensive and bullshit substitutes.
