Murder in the first degree of a 50 year old man who the *prosecutors own witness* stated under oath had grabbed my client’s crotch about 30 seconds before the murder.

For that age and that particular set of facts, maybe 20 to life. (Parole *eligibility after 20 years). For a 17 year old in most murders maybe 25 to life or 30 to life.
