Murder in the first degree of a 50 year old man who the *prosecutors own witness* stated under oath had grabbed my client’s crotch about 30 seconds before the murder.

I'm sympathetic to the argument that brains aren't well developed at young ages. ...but I'm also leery of the 1960s / 1970s "give him 5 years, 4 with good behavior" kind of punishmnent that puts murderers back on the street
