There’s nothing like walking into the monoculture garden, grabbing a sharpened hoe, chopping up the invasive weeds + appreciating the dude two farms over who’s blasting rounds from his AR-15. In this small moment, nothing else matters. Today is a good day.

Yeah. Low-lives gonna low-life. I've lived here ~5 years and I've never seen a hint of it w my own eyes. Note also that politicos talk up the opioid problem to get federal dollars.
