Keep your interactions short and to the point. Do not engage in any discussions non business related. Leave on time, every time.

People (men and women, young and old) get x-splained to all the time by both men *and* women. Sometimes it's warranted, sometimes the 'splainer is a dick/bitch. It's not a "gender" issue, it's a "communicating with other humans" issue.

If you work for a bureaucratized organization with women who use words like "mansplain", then God help ye. You should reconsider every life decision that got you to that point.
